Carpenter

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to construct, install, repair, and maintain structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. You will be required to work according to blueprints, drawings, or oral instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and drywall
• Build frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
• Inspect and repair damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
• Follow blueprints and building plans
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure work meets safety standards and building codes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter or in a similar role
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Skilled in using electrical and manual tools
• Good understanding of basic math
• Physical strength and stamina
