- Manage the functional mailbox emails and service requests and assign them to Relationship Officers in a timely manner.
- Attend to all administrative matters including putting up systems access, procurement matters, managing IT issues for staff, clear daily snail mails, oversee the office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel to Prepare daily, monthly and yearly reports for management on a timely manner.
- Arrange daily out going mails and batch all documents to Credit Operations dept and other departments.
- Coordinate or assist to organise Recreational activties for the team.
- Any Adhoc admin duties.
