Front Desk & Patient Experience

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and assist with their inquiries.
  • Facilitate patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Address patient concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure service recovery.
  • Provide clear information on clinic services, procedures, and pricing.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Process payments, insurance claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Assist in preparing reports and handling general administrative duties.

Service Excellence & Engagement

  • Proactively identify areas for improving the patient experience.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, healthcare regulations, and service quality standards.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a patient-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and clinic management systems.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages/dialects are a plus).
