Key Responsibilities:

Finance Support:

  • Bookkeeping and data entry tasks
  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and track expenses
  • Help with monthly financial reports and reconciliations
  • Maintain organised financial records and documentation

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general office duties including filing, document management, and supplies ordering
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and office communications
  • Support HR administrative tasks like leave tracking and maintaining employee records
  • Assist in maintaining a smooth and organised office environment

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience (internship or part-time experience welcome)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
