Operations & Delivery Associate

• Deliver goods to customers and clients in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Verify delivery information and obtain proper documentation (signatures, invoices, etc.).
• Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Report any delivery issues or vehicle defects promptly.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company delivery procedures.
• Assist in warehouse activities such as receiving stock, packing, loading, and unloading.
• Ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during delivery.
• Assist with stock-taking activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Liaise with marketing and sales department.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 Driving License with good driving record
• Proven experience in delivery or warehouse operations preferred.
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift packages.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory and packing procedures.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Responsible individual with good working attitude.
