Supervisor (Factory)

• Oversees daily operations in a food manufacturing or processing facility, ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, implementing and enforcing quality assurance processes.
• Ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.
• Lead and manage the production team by providing training, guidance, and ongoing performance feedback.
Conduct regular audits on processes, housekeeping, and workflow

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry
• Proven ability to supervise teams, resolve problems effectively, and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
