Procurement & Product Research Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement & Product Research Executive to support our sourcing and listing operations. In this role, you'll help us source parts and components from online marketplaces like eBay using our internal tools. You’ll also assist with checking product prices, verifying part numbers, and ensuring listings meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Source electronic components from online platforms (e.g. eBay) using in-house tools
• Research pricing and availability to support purchasing decisions
• Verify product information such as part numbers and specs
• Perform basic quality checks on product photos and descriptions
• Work closely with sales and operations to support smooth order fulfillment

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and good with online research
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic tools
• Able to work independently and follow processes
• Fresh grads welcome – no experience needed, just willingness to learn
• Interest in electronics or e-commerce is a bonus
