Freight Planning Executive - ZC

Are you experienced in airfreight procurement and looking to join a well-established logistics MNC?

We’re hiring an Airfreight Capacity & Procurement Executive to manage space allocation and rate negotiations with airline carriers . In this role, you’ll work closely with airlines and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective cargo movement. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring airline updates, managing flight allocations, and supporting cross-functional teams to maintain high operational standards.

Job Info:

• Basic up to $4200 + AWS + VB
• 5.5 Days Work Week (Office Hours)
• Location : Alps Avenue
• Company Transport Provided – Islandwide Pick-Up Points
• Reputable Global 3PL MNC

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise directly with airlines to secure and manage space allocation
• Source and negotiate competitive airfreight rates with carriers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airline partners
• Monitor, update, and share carrier notices and surcharge changes with relevant teams
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flight routes and airline cost structures
• Coordinate with export operations to ensure accurate documentation, data transmission, and invoicing through the forwarding sub-ledger
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, high customer satisfaction, and seamless service delivery

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in airfreight procurement, capacity planning, or carrier management—preferably in a freight forwarding or 3PL environment
• Familiarity with Cargowise will be added advantage
Candidates who are available on short notice or immediately are preferred
