About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and people-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing quality candidates with our clients. You’ll act as a trusted partner to both talents and hiring managers — helping candidates find the right fit, and helping clients build strong teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ fit for various roles
• Match candidates to client requirements based on skillset, personality, and career goals
• Build and maintain relationships with a strong pipeline of talents
• Work closely with hiring managers or external clients to understand job scopes and expectations
• Coordinate interviews and feedback processes between candidates and clients
• Stay updated on hiring trends and industry movement
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and ensure compliance with internal policies

Ideal Candidate Profile:
