Job Summary:

• Fry fresh chicken to crispy perfection
• Prepare sauces and sides according to SOP
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and stocked
• Support cashier or front-of-house when needed
• Work as a team during rush hours and take ownership when it’s quiet

Requirements:

• Someone who’s not afraid of a bit of heat and hard work
• Able to follow SOPs, recipes and upkeep the quality standards
• You stay calm during busy periods, and help others catch up
• Willing to work in hot kitchen environment
• Prior experience helps, but we’re happy to train the right attitude
• Please note this is a non halal establishment
