ACMV Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and coordinate daily operations at the project site.
• Prepare and manage work schedules to ensure timely project execution.
• Supervise and manage a team of workers to ensure productivity and compliance with site requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Assist with on-site rectification and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Transport workers to and from the project site as required.
• Ensure all safety protocols and measures are implemented and followed on-site.
• Participate in site meetings and provide necessary inputs on project status.
• Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and external parties to resolve site-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• At least an ITE certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Prior experience in supervising teams of workers is preferred.
• Experience in work scheduling and duty roster planning will be an advantage.
