Service Engineer (CCTV)

Job Requirements:

• Provide comprehensive support and upkeep services, including regular maintenance, problem-solving, upgrades, expansions, adjustments, and system training.
  • Utilize AutoCAD software to craft detailed system diagrams.
  • Forge strong relationships with clients, prioritizing customer satisfaction and striving for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the renewal of support and maintenance contracts.
  • Adhere strictly to company standards and policies while addressing service requests in the specified region.
  • Execute routine preventive maintenance tasks and promptly handle daily troubleshooting needs.
  • Ensure thorough follow-up on all technical issues until resolution.
  • Take ownership of all service-related matters after the Project team's External Handover.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics or related disciplines
• Experience in hands-on maintenance of CCTV and Access Control System
