Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate and individual event bookings, promotions, and partnerships. The role focuses on proactively identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting clubhouse facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities including events, corporate packages, and venue rentals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls as part of proactive lead generation and outreach efforts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.
  • Conduct site tours, presentations, and proposal negotiations with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and market feedbacks to support strategy planning.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the clubhouse.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, events, or leisure sectors.
  • Proven experience and comfort with making cold calls and initiating contact with potential clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Able to work on weekends or evenings when required.
