Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, implement and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and a solid understanding of digital marketing techniques to help meet business objectives and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives

• Track and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics making adjustments as needed to enhance results.

• Review and analyze campaign data to identify patterns, insights and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Recommend and implement new strategies, tools and techniques to boost campaign effectiveness while participating in testing initiatives to refine various elements.

• Prepare and share regular performance reports, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing efforts.

• Stay informed on industry trends and share knowledge with team members to keep everyone up to date with the latest practices and platform updates.
  

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or its equivalent

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns or similar roles.

• Google Ads Certified and proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics and SEM strategies

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, with experience in campaign management and performance tracking.

• Proficiency in using analytics tools to assess and optimize marketing efforts.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

• A proactive mindset with a willingness to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
