Restaurant Marketing Director

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Director who will take the lead in growing our brand, driving customer engagement, and increasing sales. This role oversees the entire marketing function from strategy development to execution and is responsible for elevating our brand presence and implementing effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee digital marketing, social media, online/offline advertising, and PR activities
• Plan and manage campaign content, including photography, videos, and promotional materials
• Manage relationships with external vendors (design, advertising, PR, etc.) and brand partners
• Plan and monitor marketing budgets
• Collaborate closely with operations, chefs, and service teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the F&B or hospitality industry
• Proven experience in digital marketing, brand development, and campaign execution
• Strong strategic thinking, execution, and communication skills
• Good understanding of the F&B market in Singapore
