This role is pivotal in overseeing key IT projects, conducting solution evaluations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the delivery of effective, secure, and cost-efficient technology solutions.



Key Responsibilities


  • Project Management Office (PMO):
  • Drive governance, standardization, and project reporting across multiple technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate project milestones, timelines, and deliverables across business units and IT teams.
  • Prepare executive dashboards and stakeholder reports.
  • Technology & Solution Consulting:
  • Participate in technology and solution assessments, architecture reviews, and implementation planning.
  • Evaluate and recommend enterprise-grade IT solutions that align with regulatory, security, and business requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and technical due diligence.
  • Business Systems Analysis:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate functional/non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into solution specifications.
  • Support testing, UAT coordination, and implementation planning.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage with external vendors for product evaluation, pricing negotiation, and implementation planning.
  • Facilitate technical and commercial assessments for vendor solutions.
  • Act as the liaison between IT and business units.
  • Budgeting & Financial Planning:
  • Assist in annual IT budget planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure cost-effective allocation of IT resources across initiatives.
  • Track vendor invoicing and project-related expenditures


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 8 years of experience in technology project management, consulting, or business analysis roles in a financial institution or enterprise environment.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT architecture, project governance, and IT solution evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience working across business and technical teams.
  • Proven experience in vendor evaluation, solution implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in budgeting and cost planning for IT projects is preferred.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / CBAP / TOGAF certification is advantageous.
