Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day operations on multiple construction sites.
  • Develop and implement project timelines, schedules, and work plans.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

2. Budget & Cost Control

  • Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Authorize purchases and track project expenses against budgets.

3. Team Leadership

  • Supervise project managers, site supervisors, and other staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

4. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all work meets legal requirements, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures (e.g., OSHA compliance).

5. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports, updates, and presentations.

6. Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Handle site issues or emergencies quickly and effectively.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • (Preferred) Master's degree or certification (e.g., PMP, CCM, OSHA).

Experience:

  • 7+ years in construction, with at least 3 in a managerial or operations role.
  • Proven track record in managing mid to large-scale projects.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and legal guidelines.
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage project budgets.
