Central Kitchen Chefs/ Cooks

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of raw food ingredients according to standard recipes and hygiene protocols
• Portion and pack cooked food items accurately for delivery to retail outlets
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen at all times
• Support inventory management by tracking usage and reporting low stock
• Work closely with the head chef and the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements :

• Prior experience in food prep or central kitchen roles preferred
• Able to handle basic kitchen equipment and follow SOPs
• Team player with a strong sense of hygiene and discipline
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid WSQ Food Safety Level 1 Certification preferred (company will send for certification if you do not already possess this)
• Able to start work around 4am or 5am on scheduled workdays
