We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to oversee and drive multiple concurrent initiatives within Treasury and Payments functions. You will be responsible for governance, reporting, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic technology and process improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, processes, and best practices for Treasury and Payments programs.
- Oversee project planning, milestone tracking, budgeting, and resource allocation across all initiatives.
- Support project managers with tools, templates, and methodologies (e.g., RAID logs, project charters).
- Develop and maintain consolidated project dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.
- Facilitate governance forums and steering committees, preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
- Track and report on program KPIs, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS guidelines) and internal policies.
- Coordinate change management and stakeholder communications across impacted business units.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in project or program management within banking or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience managing Treasury, Payments, or FX system projects.
- Expertise in PMO functions, including governance frameworks, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Clarity PPM).
- Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across business and technology teams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
