MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing travel agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong marketing skills, and the ability to manage regional campaigns with discretion. You will play a key role in driving both inbound and outbound travel promotions, including private group tours and corporate travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns (digital & offline)
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Coordinate with designers to produce brochures, flyers, and ads
• Monitor and analyse performance of marketing initiatives
• Liaise with partners in Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, and China
• Promote tours, packages, and seasonal offers to local and regional markets
• Maintain confidentiality in handling agency agreements and sensitive data
Support sales and operations teams with marketing materials and event support

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience (preferably in travel/tourism)
• Proficient in digital tools (Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
• Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills and high level of discretion
