Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (SQ) who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple fast-paced interior and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimation, tender submissions, and budgets for interior, retail, and exhibition fit-out projects
• Conduct site measurement, material take-off, and validate subcontractor claims
• Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure cost efficiency
• Manage VO, progress claims, and final accounts
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams on procurement and cost matters
• Assist with contract administration and ensure compliance with agreed terms
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and consultants

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, events, or construction projects
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, or quantity surveying software
• Good knowledge of contracts (e.g. SIA) and strong in negotiation and cost control
• Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Responsible, independent, and detail-oriented
• Mandarin-speaking is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and subcontractors)

Singapore – Kaki Bukit area (site travel required)
