Regional Manager – Compensation & Benefits (India Focus)
Based in India | Frequent travel to China & Taiwan | Global Electronics Leader


Responsibiities:

  • Develop and roll out smart, scalable compensation and benefits strategies across India.
  • Structure salaries, performance incentives, and wellness benefits that balance global consistency with local relevance.
  • Ensure all policies align with Indian labor laws, tax codes, and internal governance standards.
  • Analyze trends, pay benchmarks, and workforce data to advise HR and leadership teams.
  • Lead annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and benefits processes with a focus on fairness and clarity.
  • Partner closely with HR colleagues across regions (Taiwan & China) and negotiate with vendors to get the best value.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally with exposure across regions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of salary frameworks, benefits design, and compliance requirements.
  • Skilled in Excel, HR systems, and turning data into stories leadership can act on.
  • Strong communicator, trusted with sensitive info, and quick to build credibility across cultures.
  • Comfortable working closely with our teams in China and Taiwan .
  • Ready to commit: Based in India 200+ days/year with 7 weeks on-duty, followed by 9 days home leave .

Key Details:

  • Location : Based in India (Accommodation provided)
  • Schedule : Monday to Saturday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Travel : Frequent trips to China & Taiwan (with travel allowance)
