Architect Coordinator

Job Description

• Liaises with architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth collaboration and communication throughout the project
• Review architectural plans and specifications to ensure they align with project requirements and construction standards
• Oversee the production and coordination of detailed shop drawings plans used by contractors
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure it aligns with design intent and standards
• Responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications and project records
• Assist on managing project schedules and timeline

Requirements:

Min 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in local construction

Able to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision

Experience in landed residential is strongly encourage
