Job Description
The HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC) Manager plays an important role in driving service excellence. You will be responsible for designing efficient internal processes and delivering a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee life cycle. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and will be the main point of contact for all HRSSC related issues, providing timely advice and guidance to employees.

- Lead, mentor and guide HR Shared Services Team and oversee daily operations in ensuring efficiency and effective delivery of the HR Shared Services in accordance with SLA and in compliance with regulations. The scope of services includes employment contracts issuance, new hires on-boarding, employment, insurance, HRIS/employee data maintenance, work passes, nurse license registration and renewal, off-boarding and HR Administration.
- Drive continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and collaborating with across HR functions and/or stakeholders to implement standardization and simplification initiatives to drive higher performance, efficiency and productivity within HR.
- Responsible for overseeing the Payroll team for accurate and timely execution of inhouse payroll using SAP Payroll System.
- Drive resolution of employee issues and constantly identify opportunities to improve HRSSC.
- Implement HR Shared Services strategies that align with the organization's objective.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR shared services and make informed decisions.
- Manage internal and external audit activities for the HR department with various stakeholders.
- Manage all Headcount related data requests and Surveys.
- Manage HRSSC company wide announcements.
- Collaborate with the finance department on compliance and risk reporting, accruals request and yearly budget cycle.
- Negotiate and review service contracts, monitor service quality and ensure cost effectiveness.
- Manage outsourced service providers and vendors.
- Monitor HR budget, analyse expenses and identify cost savings opportunities.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and other related assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in leading a HR Shared Services team
- Proven experience in leading and developing HR teams
- Excellent knowledge of HR process, MOM and CPF regulations
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to explain HR requirements in a clear, concise, and effective manner
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace collaborative tools and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and strong attention to details, able to handle large volume of data on spreadsheet with due care
- Able to work under tight timelines and prioritize tasks
- Able to move quickly in both strategic design and practical execution to meet the needs of the team and business in a fast-paced environment
