Job Description


Main Duties

The ideal candidate will be involved in scheduling of service jobs, coordination between customers and Service Engineers, and all reports and documentation of the Service Department. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Monitor repairs and maintenance activities through the Service Engineers to ensure operational efficiency and to target required hours for machine repair.
  • Keep and maintain an efficient record on all Service activities and progress.
  • Keep the files and records up to date on latest procedure and solutions of all equipment.
  • Maintaining good relationship and rapport with customers on service arrangement.
  • Collate information from customers for Service engineers to perform on-site maintenance/installation services.
  • Provide end-user or customer service arrangement.
  • Liaise with inter department on day-to-day operation and schedules for Service Engineer.
  • Ensure prompt correct information for invoices billing.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma/Degree in any field. Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Relevant working experience in customer service, resource planning or operations is preferred but not required.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office, Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Meticulous, independent, committed, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to handle stress in a demanding work environment.
  • Responsibility to complete daily tasks so as to ensure customer requests are met.
  • Have strong customer, interpersonal and communications skills as well as a good sense of organization.
  • Must have a diplomatic and professional behaviour, and must be sensitive to the client’s needs.
