Operations Support Executive – Banking Services

Scope of Work
Attend to Business Inbox and ensure timely response to internal and external customers queries.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to handle customers card application enquiries, servicing requests and other servicing matters.
Documentation tracking and reporting.
Support servicing migration project which involves system and connectivity testing of both customer fronting and back end system.
Handle any other ad-hoc general administration duties and assist in projects as required.
Qualification and Technical Skills Requirements:
Diploma or degree holder in Banking/Accounting/Finance, or a similar field, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
Experience in a financial institute or in the payments industry is advantageous.
