We are an established online business seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service & Operations Executive to join our team at our Bugis location. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, enjoys customer interaction, and has experience in e-commerce platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and social platforms

• Provide prompt and professional after-sales support

• Manage order issues, refunds, and delivery concerns
  

Daily Operations & Fulfilment

• Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Coordinate and arrange timely delivery with logistics partners

• Ensure smooth daily workflow and maintain stock readiness

Requirements:

• Prior experience in e-commerce or online customer service

• Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or similar platforms

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Singaporeans and PRs only
