Engineering/Manufacturing Excellence Intern – Your Future Position? Location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8 Reporting to: Engineering Manager
Job Responsibilities:

• Support improving the preventive maintenance tasks
• Support maintenance gap assessment
• Support developing internal job RA and safe work procedures
• Support listing critical spare parts
• Support on reviewing existing SOP's and updates based on input
• Support Continuous Improvement projects

At the end of the industrial attachment, Mechanical/ chemical engineering internship student can gain the following:

• Students able understand about preventive maintenance of equipment and its importance
• Familiarize with methodologies used in maintenance gap assessment and help them to work in manufacturing industries
• Gain knowledge in safe working and familiar with industrial safety standards
• Applying continues improvement tools (Problem solving –fish bone analysis , 5why etc)

Main Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering, or relevant fields
• No working experience needed
• Must be taking up this internship as a school requirement in Singapore
