As an Interior Designer at Inprodec, you will be a critical link between design concepts and their real-world implementation. Your expertise will ensure that our projects not only meet the highest aesthetic standards but also adhere to technical and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in managing compliance to local authorities, producing construction drawings, and coordinating over M&E systems to ensure the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Creation & Implementation:
  • Conceptual design for pitching projects, including mood board, rendering.
  • Translate design concepts into detailed plans, ensuring that aesthetic intent aligns with technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with design principal, and clients, qualified Persons and vendors to refine and finalize design details.
  • Collaborate with MEP engineers to ensure the seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the interior design.
  • Produce comprehensive construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, with a focus on precision and clarity.
  • Building Management Submissions:
  • Prepare and submit drawing package required for approvals from building management.
  • Coordinate with QP for submission to relevant authorities.
  • Manage the submission process, tracking progress, and ensuring timely approvals.
  • Project Design Coordination:
  • Coordinate with project teams to integrate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design elements seamlessly.
  • Coordinate with procurement team to select feasible materials for design implementation.
  • To ensure project executed aligns with design intent and requirement.
  • As-Built Submissions:
  • Ensure completion of as-built drawings on schedule, accuracy of as-built drawings, reflecting the final state of the project post-construction.
  • Ensure that as-built submissions are complete and comply with relevant industry standards.

Requirements

  • Possess an accredited Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in a range of design-related software, including Hand Sketch, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and similar tools.
  • Demonstrated experience of at least 1-2 years in commercial design projects, showcasing a strong grasp of technical aspects, such as shop drawings, site surveys, and detailed drawings.
  • Proven track record in overseeing projects from inception to completion, including sales, design, and execution phases.
  • Display a remarkable aptitude for design work and a meticulous eye for design details.
