Assist the partners with:
1. HR
- manage staff payroll and claims
- submit CPF
- monitor annual leave
- application to professional bodies to renew licenses and qualifications
2. Accounts (basic)
- manage project portfolio and staff CVs
- help to compile project tenders
- send out invoices
- process payment to vendors
- keep simple record of expenditure and income
3. Office Management
- first line of contact for telephone and email enquiries
- buy supplies, eg. stationery, snacks
- keep track of software licenses
- liaise with IT support
- arrange for maintenance of aircon, miscellaneous equipment repairs
- liaise with weekly cleaner
