Assist the partners with:

1. HR

  • manage staff payroll and claims
  • submit CPF
  • monitor annual leave
  • application to professional bodies to renew licenses and qualifications


2. Accounts (basic)

  • manage project portfolio and staff CVs
  • help to compile project tenders
  • send out invoices
  • process payment to vendors
  • keep simple record of expenditure and income


3. Office Management

  • first line of contact for telephone and email enquiries
  • buy supplies, eg. stationery, snacks
  • keep track of software licenses
  • liaise with IT support
  • arrange for maintenance of aircon, miscellaneous equipment repairs
  • liaise with weekly cleaner
