Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their visit. Your role is to address customer queries, provide information about our services, and assist with bookings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
  • Service Knowledge: Provide detailed information about our wellness packages, treatments, and holistic therapies.
  • Query Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Booking Management: Handle appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to help improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining client records and processing payments.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the wellness, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and patient demeanor.
