Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to walk-in visitors in a professional manner; serve refreshments when required
  • Handle incoming phone call, as well as incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment of stationery and pantry items
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for cleaning, maintenance, and general office support
  • Assist in meeting room setting up and arrangements
  • Support travel bookings, restaurant reservations, and transportation arrangements for management and staff
  • Assist in employee onboarding/offboarding processes, including the workstations preparation, access control setup/removal, and issuance of office supplies
  • Support in organizing staff functions and team building activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the office and management team

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in receptionist or administrative support roles
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking staff and vendors)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
