Social Media Content Creator cum Boutique Operation Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day will be a mix of content magic and caring for our boutique cats.

Social Media & Content Creation:

• Plan, shoot, edit, and post daily content (videos, reels, stories, and photos)
• Create engaging captions, hashtags, and storylines that reflect our brand
• Feature our cats and exotic animals in fun, creative, and educational content
• Brainstorm and schedule content for product highlights, promos, pet care tips, behind-the-scenes moments, etc.
• Keep our social platforms fresh, visually appealing, and on-brand
Monitor trends, engagement, and suggest new ideas to grow our reach

Animal & Boutique Care:

• Help maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the boutique (yes, it includes scooping litter!)
• Feed and provide water to cats daily
• Perform basic dry grooming for in-house cats
• Ensure the comfort, well-being, and safety of all animals under our care
Assist in general operations and support the team whenever needed

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is fluent in English and conversational in Malay, Mandarin or Tamil
• Is creative, energetic, and social media-savvy
• Is passionate about animals and comfortable working hands-on with cats
• Has great communication and writing skills
• Knows tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or other video/photo editing apps
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Is a reliable team player who’s willing to jump in and help where needed
• Has strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics
• Bonus: Holds a Class 3 driving license or has experience in pet-related work
