About the Company:
Our client is a renowned restaurant group from Hainan, China, known for delivering authentic Hainanese cuisine that blends tradition with modern tastes. As part of its Southeast Asia expansion, the brand has launched its global flagship outlet at VivoCity, Singapore . They are now hiring experienced professionals from Singapore’s Chinese restaurant sector, fluent in Mandarin, to help establish a high-performing local team and bring the true taste of Hainan to the region.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources for our Singapore operations. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment regulations and MOM guidelines , and has worked in Chinese restaurant chains in Singapore .
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore labour laws and MOM regulations
- Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Support work pass applications, renewals, and compliance documentation
- Manage staff scheduling, training coordination, and disciplinary matters
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B or restaurant sector
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore HR policies, CPF, and labour laws
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Prior experience working in Singapore-based Chinese restaurant chains

- 确保公司人力资源政策与 新加坡劳动法和MOM规定 相符
- 管理员工入职、离职、假期、培训等流程
- 协助申请与更新工作准证,确保公司合规运营
- 制定与更新公司员工手册与HR制度
- 支持员工培训与职业发展规划
岗位要求:
- 3–5年人力资源工作经验,优先考虑 餐饮行业背景
- 熟悉新加坡本地人力资源法规、CPF、公积金、员工福利政策
- 熟练操作HR系统与薪资软件
- 必须 能说流利中文和英文
- 曾在新加坡中餐连锁品牌任职者优先
