Business Development Manager

Asteem Products is looking for a Business Development Manager to manage, run and develop new businesses for our Steel Fabrication and Coating plant in Tuas.

The candidate we are seeking for should process the following criteria: -

1. Bachelor's Degree Holder.

2. Proven experience in Business Development or related field.

3. Able to manage a manufacturing plant producing highly specialized work in steel fabrication and coating.

4. Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, including fluent spoken and written Mandarin.

5. Professional level spoken and written English for customer engagement, presentation and business negotiation.

6. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

7. Required to travel independently to various locations in China to meet with suppliers.
