Interior Design Business Development Manager

Position Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to effectively establish and expand our supply chain system in Singapore.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance our market presence and competitiveness.
• Manage and optimize the entire product portfolio related to our comprehensive solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and operational plans.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and industry partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business management and development, preferably within the home renovation or interior design sectors.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and operations.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute plans effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Track record of successfully growing business revenue and market share in previous roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.

Compensation: 4k - 10k + performance bonuses, 6 days a week
