Production and Products Manager

Company Overview:

Qi Tian is a leading provider of custom full-home solutions, specializing in wood and iron structures for residential and commercial spaces. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, sustainable, and innovative products.

We are currently looking for a Production & Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to streamline production processes, manage resources effectively, and ensure the delivery of exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production line operations, ensuring optimal allocation of manpower, materials, and machinery.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.

• Manage inventory of raw materials, including wood and iron, and ensure timely procurement.

• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and project deadlines.

• Supervise and train team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.

• Maintain clear communication between production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Provide technical expertise in board materials, including understanding specifications and applications.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production management, preferably in wood or metal manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of board materials (e.g., plywood, MDF, particleboard) and ironwork.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to optimize workflows and allocate resources effectively.

• Familiarity with production machinery and maintenance processes.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Salary: $4500+commision, 6 days a week, 7 days leave a year, 7 days mc a year
