Our client is a renowned restaurant group from Hainan, China, known for delivering authentic Hainanese cuisine that blends tradition with modern tastes. As part of its Southeast Asia expansion, the brand has launched its global flagship outlet at VivoCity, Singapore . They are now hiring experienced professionals from Singapore’s Chinese restaurant sector, fluent in Mandarin, to help establish a high-performing local team and bring the true taste of Hainan to the region.


About the Role:


We are hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to lead our flagship Hainan restaurant in Singapore. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, customer satisfaction, team performance, and maintaining the brand’s high standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant operations, including front- and back-of-house activities
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
  • Monitor inventory, food quality, and hygiene standards
  • Ensure compliance with local food safety and health regulations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Prepare shift rosters, monitor labor costs, and report on performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management
  • Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced Chinese restaurant environment in Singapore
  • Familiar with NEA, SFA, and other local regulatory requirements
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English , with the ability to communicate with kitchen and service teams
  • Strong customer service orientation and crisis management skills

主要职责:

  • 统筹餐厅日常运营,包括顾客服务、员工管理、物料控制等
  • 招聘、培训与管理服务团队和厨房团队
  • 监督食品安全与清洁标准,确保符合 新加坡卫生与食安法规 (如NEA、SFA)
  • 处理顾客投诉与突发状况,确保顾客满意度
  • 管理排班、库存与营运报表,优化运营成本

岗位要求:

  • 至少5年 中餐厅管理经验 ,熟悉新加坡本地运营模式
  • 熟悉新加坡相关食品安全法规及证照操作
  • 具有较强的服务意识和团队管理能力
  • 必须 精通中文和英文 ,可与厨师团队和顾客顺利沟通
  • 熟练使用POS系统及日常营运软件
