Quantity Surveyor

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS)

who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimation, tender submissions, and budgets for out projects
  

• Conduct site measurement, material take-off, and validate subcontractor claims
  

• Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure cost efficiency
  

• Manage VO, progress claims, and final accounts
  

• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams on procurement and cost matters
  

• Assist with contract administration and ensure compliance with agreed terms
  

• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and consultants
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent
  

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction projects
  

• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD
  

• Good knowledge of contracts and strong in negotiation and cost control
  

• Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  

• Responsible, independent, and detail-oriented
