Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly understand the entire supply chain of the Chinese home renovation industry, from materials to final execution.
• Integrate experience and technical knowledge to deliver artistic-level designs that meet client expectations.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into exceptional design solutions.
• Ensure that designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also feasible for implementation.
• Maintain a high standard of quality in all deliverables, ensuring that every project reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Work six days a week to meet project deadlines and client needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and design within the home renovation or interior design sector.
• Deep understanding of the Chinese home renovation supply chain, including materials, suppliers, and production processes.
• Exceptional design skills with a portfolio that showcases artistic-level work.
• Strong integrative skills, capable of merging technical expertise with creative vision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Compensation:

• Salary ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 SGD, plus performance-based bonuses.
