Project Architect

In sequence of importance:

1. Project Management

• Professionally liaise with client, consultant, and contractor

• Keep project on schedule and to design specification by coordinating between site issues and office outputs

• Check and monitor code compliance for new and ongoing projects

• Ability to check and edit Revit model is a big plus
  

2. Design Development

To refine a schematic design to attain a working drawing package, by:

• Organising drawings

• Incorporate service and back of house items such as drainage and sewerage

• Coordinate with and incorporate engineers' and specialists' input

• Detailing

• Selecting and assigning finishes
  

3. Schematic Design

To develop a concept design into a submission ready drawing package, by:

• Checking and incorporating key authority requirements

• Liaising with and updating clients on changes

• Rationalising design into buildable and functional scheme
