Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Daily Operations: Ensuring smooth functioning of departments like front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Guest Satisfaction: Implementing strategies and service standards to exceed guest expectations and deliver exceptional experiences.
- Staff Management: Managing, training, and motivating staff to ensure high performance and positive guest interactions.
- Budget Management: Monitoring and controlling departmental budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Operational Efficiency: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Inventory Control: Overseeing inventory management to ensure adequate supplies for all departments while managing costs.
- Problem Solving: Addressing operational issues and making decisions to resolve any challenges or discrepancies.
- Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development and implementation of operational strategies and business plans.
- Maintaining Service Standards: Ensuring consistent implementation of service standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
