Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist the officer on a daily basis to keep the AR function up to date
• Liaise with the sales teams for invoice status and billing matters
• Tally daily sales of the outlets
• Input accounting entries and ensure the integrity of data in the system
• Maintain a proper filing system to ensure files are recorded
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and any ad-hoc task as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O level or ITE with relevant account/business course
• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Have positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
