Job Scope:

• Coordinate import and export documentation such as Bills of Lading, LC paperwork, and FTA certificates to support shipments
• Provide customer guidance on customs regulations, manage after-sales support, and ensure seamless transaction completion
• Address and resolve customer enquiries or complaints promptly, maintaining service quality
• Dispatch accurate documentation to clients, agents, carriers, and forwarders in a timely manner
• Cultivate strong relationships with shipping lines and freight agents to ensure smooth logistics coordination
Oversee container inventory control and coordinate container maintenance and repair operations

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or certificate in logistics/ supply chain or equivalent
• Relevant experience in supply chain/ warehouse/ logistics will be a plus
Entry levels are welcomed, training provided
