Customer Service Coordinator (1 Year Contract) / Jurong Island (Company Transport Provided)

Our client is a global MNC in the Oil and Gas industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Customer Service team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.

They are located in the West area with daily transportation pick-up and drop-off.

Duties:

• Accurately process customer orders and invoices in SAP/Gold, ensuring key details are captured.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on order status, deliveries, and service requests.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, ensuring high service standards and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer data in SAP and support PSO invoicing and documentation.
• Collaborate across departments to improve processes, uphold safety standards, and support team initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma holder in Business/Marketing/Admin / Supply Chain
• Strong interpersonal skills in customer service
• 2 years’ experience in customer service
