Facilities Technician

Job Description

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of facilities, including ASRS (basic troubleshooting), fire protection systems, plumbing, electrical, ACMV, carpentry, and painting tasks.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair issues as they arise.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all work areas and equipment.

• Monitor building systems to ensure functionality and compliance with safety regulations

• Assist with setting up or moving furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.

• Report major repair needs or safety issues to management.
  

Job Requirements

• 1 year of hands-on experience in general building maintenance or related field.

• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.

• Ability to work both independently and under supervision.

• Builds rapport and maintains clear, professional communication across all organizational levels.
