- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and manage business requirements.
- Lead requirement elicitation workshops, user interviews, and client walkthroughs.
- Prepare high-quality documentation, including BRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Bridge communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Conduct UAT coordination, defect triaging, and end-user training sessions.
- Support presales activities such as solution designing, client demos, and proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in IT/software projects.
- Experience working with clients from Asia-Pacific, Middle East, or Europe preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, UML diagramming, and process mapping.
- CBAP-trained or certified.
- Experience with public sector or e-government projects.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
- Ability to mentor or lead junior analysts.
