Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

As the Regional eCommerce Director, reporting into the APAC VP of Digital, you will lead Sephora’s APAC eCommerce strategy and execution, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and business growth. Commercial and P&L Ownership
- Driving top-line and bottom-line growth of the eCommerce business, working closely with Market Teams
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks while leveraging opportunities through top-down and bottom-up planning
- Partnering with Regional Finance and Market Teams to optimize eCommerce budgets and forecast (B25, R1, R2)
- Monitoring business performance, tracking sales against targets, and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Developing strategies for sustainable growth through data-driven insights and performance tracking
- Collaborating with Merchandising, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to create & optimize compelling App campaigns that delight and excite our customers
- Conducting business reviews with countries, identifying and following up on action plans
- Identifying and scaling local best practices
- Leading and growing a high-performing of eCommerce specialists, fostering a data-driven and results-oriented culture
- Mobile App Growth: developing and executing a mobile app strategy that drives sales and enhances customer lifetime value – strengthening app acquisition via retail partnerships and App Store optimization and driving engagement through personalized offers and feature marketing
- Digital Experience: optimizing homepage real estate, conversion funnels, and campaign execution to enhance user experience and engagement
- Sales Performance: overseeing day-to-day business tracking, adjusting forecasts, and refining sales-driving levers such as campaign types and product launches
- Digital Analytics: establishing a robust measurement framework, leveraging data insights to optimize sales performance, app growth, homepage productivity, and brand / product visibility
- Maximizing ROI on digital tools and technologies, including newly launched and existing tech features (eg: Storyly, Search)
- Developing and implementing best practices for feature utilization, ensuring market teams drive optimal results
- Providing business insights and recommendations to influence the tech roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Leading A/B testing initiatives to measure and enhance feature performance
- Proven experience in eCommerce leadership roles within a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment
- Experience with multiple eCommerce channels and countries
- Strategic thinking and analytical rigor
- Strong P&L management skills with a track record of delivering business growth
