We're a vibrant and growing retail shop located in Lucky Plaza, Singapore, and we're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Shop Sales Associate to join our friendly team.

What you'll do:

• Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience.

• Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves and merchandising products.

• Handle inventory and assist with deliveries when needed.

• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and maintain a tidy shop.

What we're looking for:

• A friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for customer service and retail.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

• Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required – we're happy to train the right person!
