Ensuring all the ingredients are fresh.

Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.

Preparing menus.

Organized inventory, storage, and distribution of supplies.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to stand for long periods and work late nights.

Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
